Find your way to a good life together
Play: The Good Life Game is a collaborative adventure grounded in purpose and belonging research. Teams choose one of 52 good life challenges to complete and then work together to think, talk and act in ways that will make everyone more happy, healthy and successful.
For people who want to create more community
Play gives people permission to think, talk and be about their health, happiness and success, together. By providing a fun, low-stakes way to talk about what matters, players will feel more connected to themselves and each other.
Classrooms & Youth Groups
Turn your classroom into a community by helping students see how success in the classroom can lead to a health and happiness outside of it.
Workplaces &
Teams
Create space for colleagues to get to truly support one another and create an embedded culture of support, one challenge at a time.
Families & Friends
Turn shallow talk into real talk by acticating conversations about how to truly live well.
Play is collaborative. Teams play the game well when they find their way to health, happiness and success, together. Each of the 52 challenges focuses on a different aspect of health, happiness and success but the core mechanic stays the same. Playing the game once teaches you how to play the game well.
CHOOSE A CHALLENGE
Teams pick from one of 52 good life challengess, each focused on a different aspect of our health, happiness and success.
REFLECT
Each challenge will push teams to think, talk and be about their own well-being in a fun and novel way. In doing so, insights emerge that can lead to action.
CONNECT
After each challenge players will commit to one single action they can take to find their way forward, connecting with their lives and with their teams.

Research Backed, Experience Near
Every challenge in Play is designed around Reflective Intelligence — the ability to learn from the past, act intentionally in the present, and imagine the future. By making that practice cooperative and fun, the game helps people build the habits of a purposeful life without it ever feeling like work. Grounded in Dr. Belle Liang's purpose and belonging research.
